Sarah Jane Dugan married William Boal in 1850 in Perry County, Ohio. Based on that years census info, Sarah would have been born around 1832 in Ireland. In 1850 there were many Dugans living around Perry, Morgan, Muskingum and near Athens County, Ohio. Where in Ireland might these Dugans have come from.
