I have come across letters that were written in the 1830s-1840s. They are fascinating and, while I haven't connected them to one of our families, I am hopeful. If anyone has heard of the Putnam Grays or has any information on religious groups (possibly Quaker), I would appreciate it greatly. Most of the letters are to and from Cyrus M. Brown(e), Susan Lukens Brown, and Elizabeth Brown. Cyrus Brown was born in Vermont in 1812 and then lived in Zanesville and Deavertown, OH. Susan Clark
