Nathan died in 1827, and is buried at the Brookfield Cemetery. Mary signed the Quit Claim Document with other family members on October 29, 1838. On Nathan's 1824 Will, it appears that the children are listed in the order of their birth. The name of Mary appears before Nancy Smith, who we believe was born in about 1820/21. So she was single and over age 18 when she signed the Quit Claim Document. Did she marry someone in Morgan County? Die in Morgan County?
