Thomas J Longley served in Co F 77th Ohio Infantry from 4 Nov 1861 to 10 Oct 1862 and then again from 10 Feb 1864 to 6 Mar 1866. In his pension file, there are affidavits and circulars from several Morgan County men. I thought I'd mention them here in case anyone is interested. LUCKEY's report of 25 Aug 1902, he mentions several that were dead (and therefore couldn't be interviewed): Greenbury ROWLAND Jno M D BESWICK W H H BINGHAM Jno HOOK He also mentions that William MCKIBBEN was living, but insane and "he is a mental wreck and has been ever since he came out of the army. He is at the home of a brother and is kept confined in a room or barred cage."
