Later they went to Virginia and Ohio. William was possibly a son of William Wartnaby (1667- 1733), an immigrant from England to Philadelphia, but no definite proof has been located as yet. Descendants and relatives lived in New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin and elsewhere.
