Hi List, Wayne's comment reminded me how that when I was in Tappahannock, VA the librarian, an admitted loather of genealogy because it was never done, just dumped any letters she got immediately in to the trash. When I was searching there for a while, she gave a few letters to me. I researched the requests to the best of my ability. When I stopped using the library, I assume that the letters returned to the trash again. It was unfortunate. Might I suggest the library? Somone, either in the Morgan Co library or the Washington Co library, was very kind to me and helped me to find my Morgan Co roots even though they were secondary.
