Harley, When I first started looking for my Clines in Monroe County, I made lists of all the Clines in various census years. Digging those out, I found the following Clines who don't fit into Linda Kay Anderson's genealogy of the descendants of George Cline Sr.: 1820 (no townships listed): Adam age 26-44 Lewis age 18-26 1830: Lewis Perry Twp. Philip Centre Twp. 1840: Lewis Bethel Twp. Jared Perry Twp. 1850: Alexander Washington Twp. My 1850 list looks incomplete- I probably missed some. Also, my lists were made from the indexes only - I don't have access to full census records. But it certainly appears that there was another Cline family in early Monroe County. Betsy
