I have Clines from Monroe County and have looked for your Alexander, but he isn't in my data base. However, be aware that I don't have a lot of collateral lines included in my database, only the direct descent - for the most part. Sometime back I transcribed the 1810 Census for Monroe Co. I just reviewed it on the chance your Alexander might be there, but he wasn't. However, there are probably a dozen Clines - one of which could be the father of your Alexander. I also went to the LDS site online. It doesn't look very promising either. Here is what I came up with there: Alexander O.
