Dear List Members, Would anyone know where I might locate an unpublished copy of the Cowen genealogy by Louise Dana ( Cowen ) Breckenridge. The family story pertained to the community of St. Clairsville, Belmont County, Ohio. Louise, prior to her death, lived in Montrose, Baldwin County, Alabama.
