I have a copy of Jacob's will and states children there are Rebecca- wife, Rachel- dau, Nancy Jane-granddau, Lucinda Hess-dau, Enoch-son, Asa-son, Jacob-son, Jeremiah-grandson, Margaret A.-granddau, Hannah E-granddau (Heirs of William, deceased) David Trembly, guardian. In another article written by Catharine Fedorchak Spirit of Democracy states Most of the 9 children of Jacob Truax(Treuex) of Bedford Co PA made their way to Belmont and Monroe Co OH Would like to know if there are more children? Also she refers to a suit pertaining to the Will of MARY SINCLAIR deceased June 29, 1853. I'm also interested in that line. Listed as heirs several TRUEX's, Absolem CLARK, several MELLOTT's, Eckleberry, Straight, Pittman, Williams, Clevenger, Palmer, Kellon, Workman, Straight. Found on 1850 federal census ADAMS TWP Monroe co OH SINCLAIR, forgot first name 45 lawyer 4000 IRE dwelling # 206 wife Mary 33 and children.
