Thursday, June 5, 1834 The following gentlemen were appointed to expend the apportionment of moneyin each twp: Ohio Twp, Charles WELLS $26.58.9 Tuesday December 2, 1834 The road report # 18th of the viewers of the road beginning at the mouth of the Road Fork of Duck Creek in Elk Twp, thence by William Brown's, John & Jesse WELLS' to intersect the road leading from the mouth of Farley's Run to Summerfield at or near James Brown's, was taken up and read for the fourth and last time, and the report being favorable to the location of said road, the same was established a public highway and orders issued to the trustees of the several twps through which the road passes to open the same and keep the same open and in repair as the law directs.
