Robert LAPPIN (1769-1862) and wife Elizabeth KIRK (1770-1834) parents of Ruth LAPPIN, born around 1793 - probably in Fayette Co., PA. Married a WADSWORTH probably in PA, but possibly in OH. Two children that we know of Martha who married a COUGHLIN and was living in Belmont Co., Ohio at one time and Rachel who married an EWERS and probably lived in died in Wisconsin.
