Hi, The family name I am researching is BOTT. Are there Cemetery Inscription books that might carry these names? Our ancestor was Jacob BOTT, born about 1809 who settled in Monroe county coming from Germany. He also had a son named Jacob born in 1838 or 1839 who came to Lorain Co. in 1880's.Does anyone have anything on this family? Jacob II shows up as BUTT in the 1870 census, yet our family name is BOTT. Are the BUTTS and BOTTS one and the same? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks . Pat Owens
