I've been reading the BAKER postings with great interest. My focus is Rev. John A. Baker--mentioned in one of today's postings--(b Belmont Co. 1806, d Monroe Co. 1887, m Susan Farley in 1829 Monroe Co. Both buried in Graysville). John & Susan had 7 ch; dau Ruth Amelia Baker b 1833 is my gggrandmother. She m Isaac Daniel Varner in Monroe County, 20 Aug 1855.
