I was up for my family reunion this past weekend and decided to take advantage of the rare opportunity to conduct some on site research. My primary objective was to photograph Cameron Cemetery since it is no longer in use. I figured it might be a little unkempt, but that ended up being an understatement. The cemetery is in pretty bad shape and will probably be totally overgrown in the next year. Many stones are already unreadable, but I made a good effort to photograph as many as I could find. If you have an interest in any of the burials there, just send me an e-mail with what you are looking for and I will provide you with a picture, if one exists. Hopefully some motivated locals will take an interest in preserving this historical cemetery. At least one Revolutionary War vet is buried there, so it is an important part of Ohio history that shouldn't be allowed to fade away. Scott Byrd Chesapeake, VA
