We have a Joseph Buskirk in our line. He's the son of Oliphant & Sarah Harrison Buskirk - born about 1839 in Monroe Co. We've seen two references to a Joseph H Buskirk, JP (which we assume to be Justice of the Peace). Anyone have any idea how we'd go about finding out if this JP is our Joseph for certain?
