    3. MILLIGAN Enjoying the bits from the Spirit of Democracy. Both of my gggrandparents, William Milligan (died Oct 2, 1895) & Anna Evans Milligan(died Oct 7, 1895) in Monroe County in the Marr/Way area, but I have not been able to find their obits. I think that their death was mentioned in that paper and it said that there would be an obit later, but we have not been able to find any. Would someone have access to the Spirit of Democracy around that time frame? WINLAND Who are the Winlands that are mentioned so often? Harry? Ethel? Archie? and W. L. Winland? I am desc. from the Monroe County Heinrich-Jacob-Henry-Malissa (md Mackey)Winland lines. I don't have Harry, Ethel, Archie or W. L. Winlands in my database and was wondering which line(s) they came from? MACKEY Any Mackey desc out there? I have an old photo of "Edith Mackey on her 12th birthday" and another when she was a bit younger with a sister and her parents. I cannot put a name to the parents and sister. Anyone have an Edith Mackey in their line? The style of clothing in the picture(s) looks as if she might be born ca. 1900 give or take a few years. I have tried by process of elimination to place these Mackeys with my direct line, but I haven't been able to as of yet. I will gladly share a copy of these Edith Mackey pictures with anyone interested. Thanks Mary Milligan Hillerman
