Romick is home from a few days visit with her sister Mrs. W. L. Knapp at Sistersville. Misses Lucile Griffith and Ida Ratcliffe spent Saturday and Sunday with Kleotzlys in the country. Miss Erma Vetter returned Thursday from a weeks visit with the Misses Witschy at Dairy. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Witschy and daughter Laura of Diary were in town Thursday. A. B. Schoonover and family spent Sunday with relatives in the country. Fred Bauman, the barber, spent Sunday at his home on High Knob. J. M. Goddard and wife of Woodsfield were visitors in town last week. Miss India Witten of Wheeling is the guest of her sisters at this place. William Goddard was a business caller in Wheeling Saturday. Dr. Whitsett of Friendly was a caller in town Saturday.
