Hi, I'm new to the list. Does anyone have any information on Richard Powell. He lived in York Township, Belmont Co. about 1808 and in Monroe Co. in the early 1820's? I have been told his children included: Abner, Hiram, Barnabas and Joshua. I understand the Monroe County courthouse burned and probate records are unavailable is this correct?
