I tried to find it two years ago, on a trip to Ohio, "Ohio Cemeteries" states that it is on County Road 4 near junction Township Road 390. It was read and the readings are in Catherine Fedorchak's "Monroe Co. Records" Vol. 3. Directions and names of roads won't help if the roads are not marked. As I found out in Belmont Co. one trip.
