LeBaron, the son of Theodore H. LeBaron, was born in February 1842 in Pennsylvania and died in 1905 in Clarington, Monroe County, Ohio. He married Viola Whetzel on May 23, 1872. She was born in August 1853 in Ohio and was the daughter of Ezekial and Mary Whetzel. Their children were Ann, Louella Grace, Essie and Georgia LeBaron. George served in Company D of the 36th Ohio Volunteer Infantry Regiment and the 1st United States Cavalry during the War for Southern Independence.
