I am not certain of your exact question. A James Stout was living in Monroe Co, Seneca Twp, OH in 1850 and had a daughter Margaret E. He was a Physician, born 1814/5 in New York state and was married to Elizabeth born 1819/20 in OH. Margaret E. married Andrew J. Stephen and remained in the same location until 1880; I cannot find them in 1900. They had 14 children; #14 was Andrew J. also; he was 3 months old in the 1880 census. I cannot confirm that this James Stout had the middle name of Monroe. I also cannot find James & Elizabeth in 1860 or thereafter. Also, could not find a physician of that age, birth state and name.
