Buskirk however, different lines of the same family went by either at one time or another. Our Buskirks are from the Lourens Andriessen VAN BOSKERCK\VAN BUSKIRK line. Six generations ago, our line still used Van Buskirk, then a couple generations dropped the Van - although, some of the same generations picked th Van up again. All very confusing.
