Some emigrated to Perth County, Ontario, Canada, in the mid-1830s, while others may have come to Monroe County and/or the adjoining Belmont County. I've noticed that there are towns named "Clarington" in both Monroe County and the Durham District of Ontario, but that may be just an irrelevant coincidence.
