My 2xgreat-grandparents were: Thomas DRAKE & Hannah BROWNING. They were married in Harrison Co.,OH.on 25 Jan.1837. I'm looking for information on who their parents & siblings were. Thomas was born 1810 MD. & Hannah was born circa 1815 MD.or OH. I believe now that Thomas's parents were: William DRAKE & Mary?. They moved to Harrison Co.,OH.in 1819 from Bedford Co.,PA. I believe Hannah had at least one sister Cassandra BROWNING. Cassandra also married in Harrison Co. in 1841 to Alfred CALVERT. Thomas & Hannah DRAKE moved from Harrison Co.after the 1840 census to Monroe Co.,OH. where they finished having their 10 children. Their names were: William,Benjamin,John,Thomas Carter(my line),George Washington,Mary,Wesley,Frederick,Cassandra & Esther Ann DRAKE. Circa 1869 most of this family moved to Wapello Co.,IA.where they appear in the 1870 census.I believe Thomas & Hannah DRAKE died in Wapello Co.,IA. but I don't have any proof yet.
