Am seeking info on Aaron and Elizabeth Gray Tichener who lived in Monroe Co., Union Twp., Ohio. He was born in 1780 in Poland and came to Ohio from the Monongahala Co. area (Morgantown). His wife was born 1788 in Ireland. Aaron fought in the War of 1812. Aaron and Elizabeth were in Monroe Co. as early as 1830. According to land records Aaron owned 41 acres in Union Twp. (which later became Noble Co.). They had a daughter Easter, born in 1817, who was my great-great-maternal grandmother. Aaron died in Noble Co. in an unknown year.
