I understand there is a book on Early Settlers in Monroe County Ohio. I understand the book was in Woodsfield, Monroe County Library. Does anyone have access to it? If so, I believe there is a story in the book on the Dillon family. Perhaps James Dillon. I am looking for information on the parents of William Dillon who was born 1822/1823 in OH.
