I understand that John Palmer moved into the Belmont/Monroe County region in the early 1800s with a great number of Mellotts from Fulton County, Pennsylvania. It makes sense that he is buried near them. Is it possible that when you photographed the tombstones in the East Sunsbury Cemetery that you located his?
