I had tracked them forward to the 1850 census only(Monroe county, Centre twp., p.467, under Shoub). I've just looked at the 1860 census and everything fits. Here is my family tree for Elizabeth- http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=PED&db=jstrimb&id=I09904 The Dauber/Dauenhauer line goes back to the early 1600's and is available in church books that have been transcribed for Pirmasens and surrounding villages. Dauber and Schaub lines both go back to the 1500s Switzerland through Bintz. Transcribed church records available with additional research done by Andrea Kindelberger. The Bintz/Klein line will connect with the Neuharts and Wagners who go back to the 1400's in the Palatinate. I really felt like I hit the jackpot when I discovered these records, thanks to Andrea. Would like to exchange info...email me at [email protected] PS. I have a Yockey family in Brown county...starts with Frederick born 1824 France/Alsace...got anything on him?
