Hannah Jane Dillon of Lawrence Co., who married John C. or Q Hagerman or Hagaman in 1865, was also born in Monroe Co. In the "HISTORY OF NORTHWEST MISSOURI" by Walter Williams, published in 1915, p2093, J. Q. Hagerman is listed as having explored MO, in 1859, accompanied by Isaac Dillon and Peter H. Dillon, brothers of his future wife, Hannah Jane Dillon. Isaac Dillon and Peter H. Dillon were also born in Monroe Co. Since you have mentioned that your John Q.Hagerman was probably born in Monroe Co., OH, there seems to be a commonality with these Lawrence Co. Dillons and John Q., Hagerman, of Lawrence Co. The John and Sarah Hagerman listed by Connie in the 1870 Census in Lawrence Co., are also found in the 1880 Census and seem to be a generation older, perhaps the parents of John Q., husband of Hannah Jane Dillon. Also in the1880 Census, a John and Lavina Hagerman are listed in Franklin Twp., Monroe Co., OH. You have mentioned in your email you know about Hannah Jane. Could you explain this further? Thank you. Henry S. Dillon
