He married Jamima Merical and they had 8 children (that I know of) William, Jesse, Samuel, John, Rebecca, James, Mary and Alexander (all born in Monroe County, Ohio) If anyone can help me with any information on this line of Allen's in Belmont/Monroe County (especially who James parents were) it would be a great help.
