BOGGS, Vernon Earl, 62, of 38736 Goddard Ridge Road, Sardis, Ohio, died on Thursday, January 6, 2005, in the Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville, W.Va. He was born on November 26, 1942 in Ripley, W.Va., a son of the late Earl Boggs and Joanna Diehl Boggs. He was a painter with the Painters Union. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bernard Boggs. Surviving are his wife, Nina Johnson Boggs; four daughters, Tracy Evans, Windham, Ohio, Michelle Reed, Kent, Ohio, Gina Jenior, Rootstown, Ohio, Misty Lappin, Ravenna, Ohio; two sons, Patrick Boggs, Ravenna, Ohio, Cory Johnson, Sardis, Ohio; a brother, Woody Boggs, Ravenna, Ohio; a special friend, Nancy Brown; 16 grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Hadley Funeral Home, New Matamoras, Ohio from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, January 10, 2005 where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, January 11, 2005 with Rev. Frank Conley officiating. Interment in Mehrly Cemetery, Fly, Ohio
