    3. Is this from a census transcription? The closest thing I can think of is "Theodosia", which could have been written erroneously as "Theodotia"? and mistranscribed as Theodate. Good luck with that! (Seems like a such a unique name would stick out and be fairly easy to track down.) Mary Sylvia Cline was born July 28, 1905 the daughter of Herman L. Cline & Eliza A. Haught. She was born in Washington township --residence was Way, Ohio. James Franklin Howell was born Sept. 24, 1903 in Perry Township a son of N. E. Howell and S. J. King with there residence as Antioch, Ohio. This is Monroe County Information. I can find no exact dates of deaths. There is also a Nimrod E. Howell 1868-1917 and Sarah J. Howell 1869-1954 buried in West Union Cemetery.
