Hello Tucker researchers: The Jonathan Tucker you are referring to was connected to My SWISHER family....he married Sarah Swisher in Montgomery Co. Ohio, but the marriage is mis-reported...giving his name as Jonathan LACKER in most of the records. Poor spelling or mis-reading likely. They had a good sized family and were later in White Co. IN, where they were buried. I have some info on most of their children and will gladly share. Sarah Swisher was the daughter of John Swisher and Mary (surname not given yet). They were originally from Bedford Co. PA, coming to Ohio agout 1815. They were in Montgomery Co. Randolph Twp. before 1820, and moved to Darke Co. OH. by 1828. John died in Greenville, Darke Co. in late summer 1849. Mary died after 1850.
