This may be true. HOWEVER, if you contribute you will NOT be able to access your own information or any other information unless you also have a subscription. They do not give ANYTHING to people in exchange for putting your information on their site. So, it ends up with you putting your information on their services, and then they give you no price break, no nothing, and also charge others to look at YOUR information.
