My main complaint with ancestry is that many of the obits I've tried to view come up as blank pages. I've repeatedly reported it and even said something to the person I spoke to when I renewed. The search engine for articles also leaves a lot to be desired. My downtown library has a wonderful genealogy department, however when I figure in the price of parking and the agravation of driving downtown, subscribing to ancestry and viewing things at my convenience is much better for me.
