If you are not sure who to contact at the museum, then I would address my letter to the director of the museum. As for your genealogy, you can give copies to LDS, the Allen County Library in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, who will give you a bound copy of your genealogy for yourself (contact them for information. It may also be on their website.), any county state or regional library, archives, or genealogy society would be happy to have copies. There are plenty of places to put your genealogy.
