Miller GETTYSBURG - Erma M. Miller, 84, of Gettysburg, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at Piqua Manor Nursing Home, Piqua. She was born July 10, 1923, in Webster, to the late Savanah and Hulda (Michaels) Derr. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Robert "Bob" DuBois of Pigeon Forge, Tenn., Mary and John Dross of Bradford and Ruth and Forest Pence of Houston; seven grandchildren, Robin and Randy Borden of Florida, Lisa DuBois of Florida, Mike and Tammy Dross of Bradford, Brian Dross of Bradford, Kim and Mike Lesch of Florida, Denise and John Shellenberg of Grovetown, Ga., and Leslie and B.J. West of Houston; 13 great-grandchildren, Hannah and Taylor Borden, Chelsea, Chad, Allison and Amber Dross, Brittany, Tyler and Ryan Lesch, Brandon Zimmerman, McCain Shellenberg, Harley Burns and William West; sister, Beatrice Floyd of Bradford; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clarence A. Miller in 2006; five brothers, Chalmer, Harry, Savanah, Orville and Eugene Derr; and two sisters, Mary Reed and Alberta Smith. She was a seamstress for Buckeye Overall of Versailles and was a member of the Bradford Community Club. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford, with Pastor John Shelton officiating. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery, Covington. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to the Piqua Manor Nursing Home.
