Hi Charlotte: SEABOLD has been spelled a few different ways by my ancestors - i.e., SEBOLD, SEEBOLD, SEBOLT, SEABOLT and even the family plot at New Carlisle Cemetery has SCABOLD on the platform. However, the earliest SEABOLD ancestor I have (Jacob ca. 1794-????) spelled the name SEABOLD or SEEBOLD.
