Hi Jeanne, The information that I have indicates that Jefferson Wright was born 5 January 1817 in Troy, Miami, Ohio, the son of Nathan Wright, who died 22 December 1841 in Troy, Miami, Ohio. Jefferson died 31 October 1876 in Miami County, Ohio. He spent his entire life on his father's farm and appears in the federal census in 1840, 1850, 1860 and 1870 in Concord Township, Miami, Ohio.
