    2. Buckshot, the early history of this branch was born in England about 1738 and lived to the age of 86. It is thought he settled in Virginia or at least lived there a number of years. He died in Manchester Ohio. Walter TUCKER had two brothers and no sisters. His grandson was Osburn S. Tucker. One of the brothers William, was a sea captain and was reported to have left a great fortune to his brother. Neither Walter or his heirs received any of it. There is no name or information on the third brother. >From what I understand, the son Osburn TUCKER was born in Virginia, moved to Adams Co. Ohio where most of his children also moved. 2. Chuck Carey
    3. Dear Miami county listers: Some of my ancestors came to Miami county at the beginning of the 19th century and others straggled in over the next half century: CAREY CLARK PERRY WINANS Some moved out almost immediately to Paulding county or Illinois; others stuck around for a generation or more before moving over to Champaign and Clark counties or to California. Some got mixed up with the PLANKs and other "Pennsylvania Dutch" families from Logan county. My wife's INMAN ancestors passed through Miami county but weren't Quakers and so probably weren't a part of the "Newberry Quaker" bunch. When you have a few minutes, or days, to kill, please visit: <http://cwcfamily.org/> You'll find lots of information, and also lots of questions, about the families I mentioned above, plus a little bit on some other Miami county families who were related to them. Click on "surnames" or "table of contents" to look for specific individuals. If you see familiar names and would like to help me learn more, or want help answering your own questions, please get in touch. Good luck with your research! Chuck Carey

The other family home at the corner of 4 & Broadway (I think) looked pretty good. Would love to find the Stewart connection who did all the research with my great aunts in the 40's or 50's.
