Tim, My Tuckers in Miami County are the children of Abraham and Mary Castner Tucker. Abraham died in Warren County October 1807 and left Mary with Nicholas, Jacob, Naomi, Sarah, Mtchener, and twins Mary and Abraham. In 1814 Mary married Samuel Brown at Union MM. I have lines of descent from both Jacob and Naomi. I also have the rocking chair that family tradition says Samuel made for Mary. He died in 1829. Are we interested in the same Tuckers? My ggg grandmother, Sarah CAVEN WILEY MCKEE was married to David H. MCKEE. He was her second or third husband, so David would be a step grandfather. Our first record of her is that she married John Wiley in 1829. She was 22 so we do not know if CAVEN is her maiden name or if she had a first husband. My main interest in the MCKEE's is to find out when she died. She was in the 1860 census with David. He remarries in 1864, so we assume that she is dead by then. Penelope MCKEE married William WILEY, a nephew of Sarah by marriage. Thank you very much.
