In Northeast Ohio, William C. and Belinda ([Palmer]) Streeter resided where the Counties of Medina, Summit and Cuyahoga meet south of Cleveland. William's and Belinda's son John resided in North Royalton, Cuyahoga County, Ohio and married a native of that place. Belinda was probably born in Lewiston, Niagara County, New York; Lewiston is not far from Royalton, Niagara County, New York and Medina, Orleans County, New York. It appears probable that some of the early settlers of Medina County, Ohio were from the northern counties of Western New York that form the southern shoreline of Lake Ontario.
