She died 1 May 1850, presumably in Montville Township of Medina County. I have searched the 1850 Mortality Schedule and found that she died 6 days after a fall. Her family was from Oxford, New Haven, Connecticut and they have her listed as possibly being buried there with her parents. I don't think that if she died in Ohio, that they would have sent her to Connecticut for burial. She was married to Jabez Hitchcock. Does anyone have any information on death and burials for this timeframe?
