JOHN G. WHITNEY and his family. The Rev. and his wife lived in Chatham and Medina in Medina County, Ohio. They had 3 children I know of: John Bunyan, Mary C., & William Hanie. Rev. Whitney's wife was Electra H. Beecher Whitney. Upon the Rev.'s death in 1865 Electra married J.W.Wood in Medina, Medina Co., Ohio. Would love to exchange material on this family.
