The DNA/BYU Study team was at the FGS conference just recently completed in Salt Lake City. They received many 5 generation pedigree charts and blood samples. The only information they asked for on the charts was name, birthdate and birthplace of the 31 people on the chart. As a personal decision, I did not offer them more information since I am not really sure where they were going with this, but did want to offer my help in the project. I do not know if they would be able to use/store the additional information. BTW, the FGS conference was a huge success, being the largest one ever (I heard) at about 2,000 registrants. Family History Library hours were extended to 6a.m. to midnight.
