I'm trying to find his ancestors in hopes of finding a connection to my ancestor, Ogden Alger (1810-1876), born in NY, married Harriet Luddington in Ashtabula, and moved to MI. It's a long shot, but I'm at a dead end here with Ogden's ancestry. Of course with Russell Alger or his parents coming from CT or Mass., it's an even longer shot than I thought!
