Karen ***************** From The Medina Sentinel, Friday, October 1, 1915 - "Mr. Henry Bauman and Emma Gunkelman were married last Tuesday. He left the house at that time and went to the barn to hitch up proparatory to his announced intention of going to the doctors. Not hearing or seeing anything further of him, his wife, after a short time, went to the barn and there found him lying on the floor with a hole in his forehead and a 22 caliber rifle lying by his side. Mrs. Puder called assistance and the wounded man was carried into the house and Dr. Wood of Brunswick summoned. The doctor arrived in a very short time, but life left the body 15 minutes before his arrival.
