This reunion encompasses all descandants of Christopher and Sarah Johnson Lance that came from Sussex Co., NJ into Ohio about 1795 settling first in Jefferson County. Christopher and Sarah's sons sooned moved further west in to Medina, Stark, Summit and Wayne Counties. Some of the surnames associated with this family are LANCE, HALLIWELL, HALLIWILL, AULT, BLOUGH, BOWMAN, CARLTON, CARNAHAN, COLEMAN, DAGUE, EAKEN, ERB, FAUBLE, FRITZ, GALLATIN, HOFF, HOUTZ, LEE, MOORE, PATTERSON, SCHAFFTER, SHOOK, STEELE, UNDERWOOD, WALTZ, WELDAY, and many, many others.
