Tucker who was born in "1839 on a farm near Westfield. Ohio. He was the second in order of birth and had nine brothers and sisters. Henry was educated in the district schools of his native country and began his professional career as a teacher." This is a quote from a book by Orvel Criqui called "Fifty Fearless Men" a biography book about the the Forsyth Scouts and the Battle of Beecher Island in Colorado. Mr Criqui's footnotes stated that his info came from, "Captain H.H. Tucker, Vol. 11 A Biographical History of Kansas". I found in the 1850 Westfield census a Richard Tucker age 31 born in England. I don't know if this is a relation. Thank you to anyone who can help me, Kelly (Tucker) McCallay
